Return Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• Before Production Begins: You may request an order cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing us at [support@offineeds.com] with your Order ID. Cancellations at this stage may be approved, subject to feasibility.
• After Production Starts: Once an order moves into the production stage, cancellations are not possible, as the items are customized exclusively for you.

2. Returns Policy

Since our products are custom-made and branded specifically for each client, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Eligible Cases for Returns & Replacements:

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging along with the unboxing video
• Incorrect Customization: If the final product does not match the approved design specifications, we will arrange for a replacement.
• Manufacturing Defects: If there is a defect affecting product usability, we will assess and provide a resolution.

Important: Minor variations in color, print, or size due to the production process do not qualify as defects.

3. How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request?

1. Email us at support@offineeds.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the issue (damaged/incorrect product)
• Unboxing video

2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

3. If approved, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or correction of the order.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Returns & Cancellations

• Customized products cannot be returned once produced and delivered
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access or breaches.
• Change of mind or personal preference after placing an order
• Delay in delivery due to logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (we will assist with tracking)
